In the current state of the world I think we can all agree we need anything that will cheer us ups and make this isolation life a little list. So today’s post is going to be a little list of things you could do to help these endless days go a little faster and be a little easier.
1. Read a new book or re-read an old favourite
2. Play video games
I was lucky enough to get a Nintendo switch lite along with animal crossing and it has definitely helped my mind escape what is going on in the real world.
3. Enjoy the weather (if you can)
If you are lucky enough to have a garden definitely get out there and enjoy the sunshine if you have any. In the UK we are still able to get one form of exercise a day so go on a walk or jog and enjoy the weather that we are lucky to have- for now.
4. Enjoy the quality time with your family or whoever you live that you may not normally get
5. Get work done
Whether it be school/uni work, or things around the house you’ve wanted to get done now is a great time to stop putting it off and just get it done.
6. Get creative
Whether it be painting, drawing, writing, taking photographs, make/crafting or cooking/baking. Take some time to make something and enjoy it.
I know it is a tough time to chill out right now but try to relax when you can. Getting worked up will only make yourself worse, let your brain have a break.
