Two weeks in

Hey everyone, I thought I’d give you all a little update on how life is two weeks into my third year at university.

The first two weeks have been pretty bare in terms of class time. After such a busy summer doing nothing is driving me a little insane I won’t lie. Laying around the house is nice every now and then but when its your every day life it can get very boring. So please if you have any recommendations on how to keep myself busy, please send them my way.

I had a night out, which is a very rare occasion, in my first week. It was so nice to hang out with people on my course because I never really spend time with them outside of lectures. After having such a good time I will definitely make sure I agree to going out more. At the end of the week I had a little wobble, I was feeling defeated. It was just one of those days where everything got on top of me. I didn’t want to get out of bed but the fact I was just laying there being sad was bothering me to, I couldn’t win.

Second week in and I feel so much more settled. I had another week to just chill and enjoyed another great night out which I feel as though I lacked last year. I didn’t socialise too much and I have realised this is something that makes Cheltenham feel so much more like a second home for me.The second week of classes has also allowed me to prepare for whats to come this year in terms of work because the first week was mainly focused around welcoming us all back. Of course it will always be a little weird to get used to university life again after a long summer but after these two weeks I feel much more ready to tackle it.

Thank you so much for reading this weeks post, I hope you enjoyed it. Please remember to check out my socials below:
